Wanneroo Women's Lacrosse Club is based at Penistone Reserve, Greenwood.
We train on Tuesdays, and our training times are:
Juniors (Under 16) - 5.30-6.30pm
Seniors (A Reserve & A Grade) - 6.30-8pm

Club News
Well it's the start of another lacrosse season. As reigning premiers in both A Grade and C Grade we are the teams to beat this year.
Our AGM/Rego Day was held on Tuesday 18 th March, with a great turnout of existing, returning and new club members. A light training run and sausage sizzle followed, with everyone catching up and reminiscing about the great season we had.
Numbers are looking good and we will again be fielding a team in each grade.
The 2008 fixtures have yet to be confirmed, but the first A Grade game will be on the 27 th April , and the A reserve and C Grade competitions will start the week after on the 4 th May . There will also be A Grade might games held on some Wednesday nights.
State Under 17 Representitives
Congratulations to our girls who were selected in the Under 17 state team competing in Adelaide on 20 - 26 April. Those selected are:
Leah Heinz, Alana McKinlay (Co-Captain),
Jemma Simpfendorfer, Rebekah Simpfendorfer (Co-Captain),
Eleri Williams and Hannah Williams.

Senior National Championships
WA are hosting this year's Senior National Championships from 6-12 July, to be held at Floreat Oval. All those wishing to try out for the team should contact the coaches, Geoff Goddard (geoff_goddard@hotmail.com) and Dennis Banyard (banyard@bigpond.net.au) by the 14 th April.
